Facilities

With classes offered throughout the week from 6:30am to 9pm—taught on our 3,000 square foot mat space—there is always room for you and your training.

Jiu Jitsu Inc's Strength and Conditioning center features everything necessary to take your athletic performance to the next level. Kettle bells, Olympic Lifting area, a Concept 2 Rowing Machine, jump ropes, full set of dumb bells, pull up and dip bars will help you in your everyday activities, while also improving your training.

Once you are done working out you can utilize our expansive locker room facilities. With separate mens and womens locker rooms, and 5 new first-class showers, you can clean up and take on the city looking and feeling your best.

Josh GriffithsHead Instructor

Josh received a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu from UFC superstar Kenny Florian, and is the head instructor at Jiu Jitsu Inc. He began training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu while studying engineering at Stevens Institute in Hoboken, NJ. After a few months he started training more regularly and watching competition footage. Clay Burwell
Strength and Conditioning Coach

He brings the pain for any and all who take his class. With over 10 years experience as a personal trainer, and 19 years of weight training in his background, Jiu Jitsu Inc's students receive top notch instruction and training while developing cardio and strength increases in a short amount of time.
